In The Key Of Om is a collaboration between Doe Kelly and Tim Harper, an Australian synthesist. Inspired by different musical and spiritual traditions, "Journey in the Land of Om" (Track One) is a 24-minute "meditative tonescape". Gregorian-style chanting, lyrics from the Christian Hymnal (Praise to the Lord, the Almighty), chanting of the Buddhist Heart Sutra, the powerful Sanskrit mantra, Om Namah Shivaya, are all sung and intoned against a "floating space cathedral" of synthesized musical magic. Texts from the Bible (the 23rd Psalm) and A Course In Miracles are also lyrically brought to life. The three tracks that follow, "Breathe", "Meditation in Blue Light", and "Song of the Void", are predominantly meditative as well. "Breathe" is the most "upbeat" song on the album, and the only song, other than Track One, with vocals. In The Key Of Om is appropriate for bodywork, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, journeying, deep relaxation, death and birth. Available on Compact Disc & Cassette Tape.
